Apparently it doesn't make any difference! We can not be any more clear than we have. They hold states hostage with the threat of withholding federal funds. This is abt big Gov. getting bigger at the expense of the people. If they cut back some of their salaries & eliminate some of the wasted positions in D.C. it would accomplish much more than all their rhetoric. If Americans would come together and limit terms and not make being a Politican so lucrative we would have a much better Gov. We gave them the "power" they now hold over us.
